This is a live video healing session where we'll focus on banishing insomnia for the night.
Little bit about me:
After years of suffering with insomnia, always chalking it up to either stress, alcohol, sugar, caffeine, etc, I finally found techniques that enabled me to fall asleep quickly and stay asleep through the night - actually getting to the core of the problem. If I do end up waking in the middle of the night, I am able to actually able to fall back asleep too.
During the session, we'll go through a series of tapping and pranayama breathing exercises and then close it out with some relaxing reiki (you'll just be meditating during that time). Session begins at 11:00 pm CT and will run until 11:30 pm CT. Try to have your phones on silent and be somewhere you won't be disturbed.
I will email you the Zoom video conference line info prior to the session. At the scheduled time, you'll use the conference line info and be connected with me and everyone else receiving the healing. Nobody, including myself, can see or hear you, so don't worry about breathing those big sighs of relief 😉
