What is Distance Reiki?

You can think of Distance Reiki just like you would with in-person Reiki, except the person receiving the Reiki is not in the same room. Simply put, Distance Reiki works by using my (the practitioner's) focus and intent to send the energy to you, and your willingness to receive it.

What does the Full Reiki Treatment package include?

3 full-length 30-minute Reiki treatments administered one to two weeks apart.

What happens after I order?

I will email you within 48-72 hours using the email address you used to check out in order to schedule the session and ask a few questions. At that time, it would also be helpful if you could send me a picture of yourself.

Do we connect by phone or video at the time of the session?

No, I am able to send the energy without connecting by phone or video. I find that it takes away my focus more than anything (and also doesn't make the healing more effective).

What should I do during the session?

You should be laying down somewhere you'll be undisturbed and simply meditate for 30 minutes. It may be helpful to light a candle and put on some relaxing music for you to really get in the mood. ;) If you are disturbed during the session, don't worry! You will still receive all the benefits. 

Is this for beginners too?

Absolutely! This package is specially made for beginners.

How can I expect to feel during and after the session?

Everyone is a little different, but clients have reported feeling relaxed, loved, empowered, relieved of anxiety, and even relieved of pain. Reiki may be able to assist you with the following:
